Speakers

Arica Lipp

Arica Lipp is a TEDx speaker, award-winning portrait photographer, and ballroom dance instructor who built a six-figure business by fully embracing her creative talents.

Once a quiet child who felt unseen and unsure of her voice, she first discovered confidence through dance and later found another language through the lens of a camera. After years of pursuing paths others considered more practical, Arica chose to embrace her gifts as an artist.

Today, she uses photography, movement, humor, and storytelling to inspire others to recognize the value of their own talents.

Her story reminds audiences that the qualities that make us feel different may be the very things that unlock our purpose, success, and greatest impact.

Bethany Dice

Bethany Dice is a recently divorced single mother of three who is deeply devoted to her children and to breaking the cycles she no longer wants to carry forward. Much of her healing has happened in solitude, where she has worked to untangle her own trauma, release patterns of guilt and shame, and build a more compassionate relationship with herself.

Her story includes divorce, betrayal, pregnancy, separation, public criticism, and the difficult work of rebuilding after life changed dramatically. Through those experiences, Bethany has learned to value self-forgiveness, grace, surrender, and the belief that unconditional love begins with learning to fully accept ourselves.

Professionally, Bethany brings 16 years of experience in financial services, along with years of leadership through the Lions Club and coaching children. She believes that sharing our stories honestly can help others feel less alone and more willing to step into their own healing.

Tanya Ludwig

Michele Braukmann

Michele L. Braukmann is the founder of Meridian Law, PLLC, in Billings, Montana. For nearly 30 years, she has represented individuals, families, businesses, and local governments through complex legal challenges. Her practice includes family law, employment law, civil litigation, professional licensing, and municipal law.

Michele earned her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School and has been recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers and as one of Billings’ Forty Under Forty.

Her understanding of resilience began long before her legal career. Michele grew up in foster care and later lived independently while finishing high school and navigating her way through college. Those experiences shaped her desire to help people feel heard, understood, and less alone during difficult circumstances.

Today, Michele is a mother of four and the owner of her own law practice. She believes resilience is less about moving through hardship perfectly and more about vulnerability, honesty, and continuing forward when life looks different than we once imagined.

Davina Gramley

Davina Gramley is a Mother, Grandmother, artist, caregiver, and community advocate whose work centers on creativity, connection, neurodivergence, and helping people feel seen.

After a career spanning healthcare administration, corporate leadership, marketing, and community engagement, she returned to art as a way to reconnect with herself and others.

A late ADHD diagnosis helped her better understand the way her mind works, while caring for her nonverbal grandson with Level 3 autism deepened her commitment to inclusion, advocacy, and meeting people where they are.

Through DMG Eclipse Creative Studio, Davina now creates art and community projects designed to give children and families a sense of belonging, possibility, and voice—especially those who may need one caring adult to show them that where they begin does not have to determine where they end up.
